Job Description


Hiring Social Media specialist to work with an award winning digital media agency in Mumbai : Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action. Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging. Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites. Scheduling copy for release at optimal times. Monitoring users\' engagement with and feedback on every post. Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications. Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials. Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications. Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire. Develop an insightful report to showcase trends, variances, volume, other relevant qualitative social media intelligence and showcase the findings, conclusions and suggestions as precise takeaways. Highlight critical & influential alerts of any negative mentioned to the respective stakeholders and give timely insights. Complete accountability & ownership of projects assigned from onboarding to reporting. Utilize analytics and Social Listening tools like Listenfirst, Radian6 , Brandwatch, etc. for creating and interpreting reports. Professional Competencies: Passion for social media and internet marketing industries. Outstanding ability to think creatively and analyse insights. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task on multiple campaigns/projects. Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills Should be proficient with all performance marketing tools and platforms (Google, Facebook network, Hubspot, SEMRush, Moz etc) Should be able to interface with clients and the remaining depts./teams at Fryed Needs to have basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator Needs to have a basic level of copywriting skills Should be able to strategise for online campaigns spanning platforms Should be able to set up, run, monitor and analyse online campaigns. Professional Skills & Qualifications: relevant years\' experience in social media analysis with demonstrated successes. Experience working with popular social media advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram Twitter, and others Hands on experience with social media listening and monitoring tools. Ability to make optimized search queries for social media listening and monitoring. Adherence to quality control and metrics. Experience in creating reports with explanation, precise topics, and data visualization. Ability to make the meaningful insights and inferences from social media conversations / data.
