We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven by Social Media. Responsibilities: 1. Curate monthly social media plan, lead and instruct the team to create relevant content for all social media channels, keeping in mind the defined strategy and goals 2. Create and publish engaging social media content that reflects the brand\'s voice and values. 3. Monitor and respond to social media comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 4. Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. 5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors for regular influencer marketing. 7. Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and audience targeting. 8. Ensure social media and performance marketing messaging are consistent across all channels. 9. Create content for website blogs, emailers, Whatsapp and SMS. 10. Monthly and campaign-based reports and analysis. 11. Responsible for growth-oriented marketing and showing results through weekly and monthly reports. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or D2C environment. 3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools. 6. Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. 7. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools is a plus. 8. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 9. Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
