Job Summary The Social Media Listening & Community Engagement Support Analyst will be responsible for working as part of the Labcorp social media team to listen to what people, consumers, provides, pharma and other customers are saying about Labcorp on digital platforms. The Social Media Listening & Community Engagement Support Analyst will be expected to assist the Labcorp social media team in managing day-to-day community engagement operations and provide insights and analytics from social media listening that will fine-tune future strategy, content, and audience-building work. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, analytical, data driven and a skilled relationship builder who excels at responding to online audiences in real-time and monitoring brand conversations across owned and non-owned social media, blogs, online reviews, and other online channels. Responsibilities/Duties
  • Monitor all brand conversations across owned and non-owned social media, blogs, online reviews, and other online channels.
  • Respond to inbound social media comments and inquiries via Sprinklr.
  • Respond to online reviews from Google, Yelp and other online platforms.
  • Contribute to Labcorp\xe2\x80\x99s social media response bank and audit procedures.
  • Escalate questions and concerns to internal stakeholders and collaborate with the Social Media team on responses.
  • Lead social media listening projects to inform content themes and assets to meet the needs of target audiences and identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with social media managers, content marketing managers and marketing and communications teams to provide guidance and expertise on our audiences\xe2\x80\x99 perception of specific campaigns and provide real-time audience feedback with the goal of optimizing and establishing best practices.
  • Interpret and present data in a cohesive and visually compelling manner.

Experience

Minimum Required

  • 1-2+ years of experience in social media listening, community management, or data analytics
  • Experience with social networking and analytics tools (i.e., Hoot Suite, Brand24, NetBase, Google Analytics, TrendKite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, etc.)

Education/Qualifications/Certifications and Licenses

Recommended

  • Background in Healthcare or Biopharmaceutical Industry a plus
  • Degree with a concentration in communications, journalism, public relations, data science or marketing preferred
