We are bringing new stories and campaigns to millions of people worldwide and are looking for a digital campaigns manager. You will be creating and managing a portfolio of campaigns through all stages of delivery, implementation and reporting. About the role
  • Develop and implement social media and community management strategies that drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage Pluc\'s social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with customers and community members across social media platforms to build relationships and increase engagement.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze social media and community metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to inform social media and community management strategies.
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
