Preferably Female Candidates Fluent In English \xe2\x97\x8f Managing new and existing client accounts. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for making new pitches and strategies for potential new clients. Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner \xe2\x97\x8f Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings. Build strong, long-term client relationships and be a first point of contact for client questions and requests. Internal team co-ordination: \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests. Understanding the client\xe2\x80\x99s business and requirements and briefing the same to the internal team \xe2\x97\x8f Get creative, engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc) from the creative team. Strategy: \xe2\x97\x8f Work with clients to create a digital media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients\xe2\x80\x99 industries. Performance Reporting: \xe2\x97\x8f Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities. \xe2\x97\x8f Monitoring budgets, spends and revenue and explaining cost factors to clients are also part of the profile. \xe2\x97\x8f Generate accurate and timely reports on the status of all accounts \xe2\x97\x8f Continue to refine and define our social marketing process Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: From 912,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
