What you will be doing:

• In this role you will be in charge of web operations for two travel brands within the Travelopia portfolio - Enchanting Travels and USTO. The Social Media Coordinator will report to our Director of Digital Marketing and preferably be based out of Bangalore, India. Closely working with our Marketing and Content team members who work out of our offices around the world.
• Publishing organic posts and implementing social media ad campaigns across all social platforms for Enchanting Travels, Hayes & Jarvis, Planet, Europe Express, and YMT Vacations.
• Coordinate with the internal Content team on social media content planning and execution for organic posts and social media ad campaigns.
• Build and optimize effective paid social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and potential others.
• Lead all day-to-day paid social advertising operations.
• Coordinate and handle all tactical aspects of paid social campaigns including building, quality control testing, launching paid campaigns, assisting with tracking, reporting and analysis of performance.
• Regularly review analytics reports and provide recommendations/solutions based on analytics.
• Communicate campaign changes and performance to the internal marketing team members.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and standard processes.

What we are looking for:

• Reporting of performance and engagement trends.
• Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of established and emerging social media platforms.
• Ability to understand our guest perspective and bring insights on what will resonate with our target audiences.
• Knowledge of navigating popular social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to self-edit.
• Knowledge and experience with basic video production and still photography.
• Proven track record to work on multiple projects with tight limit in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English language communication skills.
• A university degree, and a minimum of 2-4 years of work experience with a focus on social media operations.
• Working with international teams would be a plus.
