• Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
• Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
• Build and nurture a strong online community, fostering meaningful interactions and relationships with our audience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Analyze social media metrics and report on key insights and trends

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Community Manager or similar role
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to develop and curate engaging and interactive content
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle online interactions with tact and professionalism
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
