Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements:
Graduate with 2-4 yrs of relevant work experience in Social
Media Marketing OR a fresh MBA graduate with a flair for marketing
Strong analytical skills to maintain and report performance metrics
You must be willing to own end-to-end setup, execution, measurement & optimization of paid search campaigns on Google & Bing Proficient in advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, & IF functions).
You know your way around: AdWords, Google Analytics,
Must have prior experience with copywriting for paid search ads.
Should Proactively communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
Should be highly analytical, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw actionable campaign insights.
Ability to build and track conversion funnels using internally developed dashboards as well as 3rd party tools Optimise campaign performance towards acquisition & activation goals
