Job Description

  • Coordinate all public relations activities
  • Coordinate all social media activities
  • Co-ordinating and managing influencers
  • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
  • Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests
  • Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results every quarter
  • Evaluate opportunities for new partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
  • Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements:
  • Graduate with 2-4 yrs of relevant work experience in Social
  • Media Marketing OR a fresh MBA graduate with a flair for marketing
  • Strong analytical skills to maintain and report performance metrics
  • You must be willing to own end-to-end setup, execution, measurement & optimization of paid search campaigns on Google & Bing Proficient in advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, & IF functions).
  • You know your way around: AdWords, Google Analytics,
  • Must have prior experience with copywriting for paid search ads.
  • Should Proactively communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Should be highly analytical, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw actionable campaign insights.
  • Ability to build and track conversion funnels using internally developed dashboards as well as 3rd party tools Optimise campaign performance towards acquisition & activation goals
