Social Media and Content Manager Experience: Social Media and Content Manager 7-8 years (Required) : It\xe2\x80\x99s in our DNA to disrupt the market and lead the way with fresh ideas. Social media plays a pivotal role in our ability to reach, inspire and entice millions of new and existing customers, and building our brand. This post holder will be responsible for developing and leading impactful social media strategy across both consumer and corporate social media platforms globally, with a focus on UK, European, and US markets. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to lead the various brands\xe2\x80\x99 social media strategy to increase awareness, sales, and build an online community for each brand. Reporting to the COO, you will create content that promote our brands and drive sales of products and services. Key responsibilities:

• \xef\x82\xb7 Content strategy: Develop and implement the brands\xe2\x80\x99 social media and video strategy, managing campaigns across teams and leading a collaborative, audience led, multi-channel approach.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Content planning: You will plan content aligned to each brand\xe2\x80\x99s calendar that will engage, educate and entertain our target audiences.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Content creation: You will lead the team and work with key colleagues across the department and to develop engaging content to be distributed across multiple channels.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring and community engagement: You will be responsible for the management of the brands\xe2\x80\x99 social media channels to engage with our target audiences.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Reporting and analysing performance: You will analyse the performance of content against KPIs to grow and improve results.
• \xef\x82\xb7 Collaboration and best practice: You will collaborate with our diverse communities to build content that is representative of all communities, promotes inclusion and celebrates the communities in which we serve.

Experience: 1. First degree in Marketing and/or marketing qualification. 2. Experience managing social media platforms for marketing purposes and developing content for a range of platforms. 3. Experience using Facebook Creator Studio, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. 4. Experience using a Social Media Content Management System. 5. Love of social media and keeping up to date with the latest trends. 6. A passion and commitment to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion. 7. The ability to work under pressure to deliver integrated solutions often to tight deadlines and budgets. 8. Experience working in/ with international markets desirable.
