Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of an Infoscion \xe2\x80\xa2 As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design \xe2\x80\xa2 You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization\xe2\x80\x99s financial guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. Additional Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase their business profitability \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of software configuration management systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Awareness of the latest technologies and Industry trends \xe2\x80\xa2 Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 One or two industry domain knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Client Interfacing skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Project and Team management
Technical and Professional Requirements:
We are looking for candidates having a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware-based technologies like Fusion Middleware, SOA Suite, OSB, OBPM, Oracle ADF, and Oracle Data Integrator. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates should have a piece of strong conceptual knowledge and experience in XML/XSD/X Query/XSLT, WSDL, and Service Oriented Architecture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate needs to have the ability to develop and deploy SOA components using OIC/ ICS, BPEL, OSB, and ADF components. \xe2\x80\xa2 Rapid prototyping experience using SOA components on the Weblogic platform, and experience in FMW 11g to 12c migrations is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
