Job Description
Position : HR Consultant
Location : Chennai (near Nelson Manickam Road – Choolaimedu – 5 mts to Busstop & 10 mts to Nungambakkam Railway Station)
Experience : 1yr to 6 yrs
Education : Graduate / MBA
Brief:
Understanding the requirement and Preparing a sourcing plan for different requirements
Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
Have experience in junior-level, mid-level, senior-level positions and also internal
Sourcing profiles through various sources like database, referral and by online
Timesjob.com, Monster.com, LinkedIn, Shine and Naukri.
Preparing/ Maintaining Spread Sheets of the candidates based on their experience and
Responsible for discussing the job profile with the candidates.
Responsible for scheduling interviews, Sourcing, Short listing/ Screening the suitable
Gathering feedback for the profiles sent to the Client.
Scheduling Interviews.
Follow up with candidates till Joining.
Timely follow-up with the candidates- From selection until they join the organization by
Maintaining good relationship with Candidates and follow up with them for any other
