About Snapmint:

Founded by serial Entrepreneurs from IIT Bombay, Snapmint is challenging the way banking is done by building the banking experience ground up. Our first product provides purchase financing at 0% interest rates to 300 million banked consumers in India who do not have credit cards using instant credit scoring and advanced underwriting systems. We look at hundreds of variables, much beyond traditional credit models. With real time credit approval, seamless digital loan servicing and repayments technology we are revolutionising the way banking is done for today\'s smartphone-wielding.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve/exceed set targets in successful prospecting of CXO/Founder level people in D2C & Offline brands

- Build a sales funnel with adequate pipeline of qualified, early & mature prospects through conducting Online Demo and/or F2F meeting with the respective decision makers at the client organization

- Discover and implement various prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create a healthy top-of-the-funnel pipeline

- Identify & implement relevant industry databases for the purpose of prospecting & onboarding

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for successful onboarding of brand partners and be a bridge between partners & the organization

- Collate, analyze & present data to top management on regular basis

- Adhere to daily/weekly/monthly reporting norms set by the organization

Qualification & Skills:

- 3 to 5 years of BD experience in the B2B space

- Prior experience in ecommerce space is an advantage

- Strong written & verbal communication to engage confidently with CXO level people at partner organization

- Strong presentation skills to walk through prospects on Snapmint value proposition/benefits

- Willingness to explore newer avenues to identify market opportunities

- Strong coordination skills to troubleshoot issues both internally & with partner organization and contribute to great customer experience

- Knowledge of working in CRM products to maintain up-to-date updates on customers

- Willingness to learn and keep oneself updated on Industry trends and new skill sets to excel in the role and evolve into a better professional
