Job Title : Head Trainer (Pan India)
Location : Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
The Trainer would be responsible for training, Clients, and Internal Employees on Banking Advances products and solutions.
Responsible for Pan India Training.
Train client Senior Management and end users on Client Products specifically from a functionality perspective.
Support Customer Success and Account Management teams in supporting training needs for clients.
Be a part of process enhancement/adherence in the training team.
Maintain training related materials.
Work with the project teams and account managers team to understand requirements/expectations from training session (i.e. project set-up, client requirements/expectations, etc.).
The position holder will acquire, maintain & enhance expertise of key products (Banking/NBFC)
Develop & maintain training material (project specific & product specific) for functional knowledge & product knowledge management.
Proactively contribute to the ongoing development of training resources and collateral
Mentor other instructors in subject matter, content, and course delivery standards.
Stay current on tools, technology, and training methodologies.
