Job Description


Summary As a member of Site Management Team, you will be responsible for preparation and revision of the System Time Schedules (STS) covering all site activities including the complete scope of site works, including partner scope and the Turnkey packages.
This is Fixed Term Contract role for 1 Year.



Your Role:

Prepare site specific procedures for Planning and CMS implementation in consultation with the PCCM, Site Manager and the approval of Planning & Scheduling Department.

Assist the Construction and Commissioning Managers with Resource Planning.

Lead the development of the Site STS and Contractor schedules (in line with the WI for Site Planning) and ensure proper interfacing amongst the Site Schedules, Master Time Schedule (MTS) and the CMS.

Co-ordinate civil milestone/handing over dates to Erection with the responsible Contract Manager Civil .

Lead the CMS Engineer in the generation of periodic CMS reports.

Generate periodic time schedule reports identifying the delays, critical paths and developing Recovery Plans and Crash Schedules. The report format would be in line with the work instruction for Site Planning.

Maintain history of project execution for future projects and contractual purpose such as claim resolution.

Liaison with the Planning & Scheduling Department in Noida for revisions, upgrade of procedures, processes and tools.

Ensure approval from Planning & Scheduling Department for target schedules and progress data prior to revision.

Key Performance Indicators

Agreed site specific procedures for Site Planning and CMS implementation.

MTS updates (Site Part).

Site STS preparation, its revisions and updates.

Time Schedule Reports including Deviation Reports, Slippage & Opportunity Reports, Status

Narrative and Milestone Listing.

CMS Reports.

Updated Database for schedules, progress, BoQs and productivity for the project.

Basic Qualification

University degree (comparable with bachelor or master) with Appropriate 4-6 Year experience in power plant construction.
