POSITION SUMMARY The CWP coordinator is required to act as the focal point for coordinating between the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Control groups to ensure that Engineering drawings are issued IFC and Free-Issue Materials (FIM) to the site Construction team on schedule. This position is suited to a senior Project Engineer with 10+ year of Oil & Gas or industrial project experience, including 5+ years of site experience. The position is based in the Vadodara office, India. The CWP coordinator shall report to the AWP Lead / Manager but will be required to frequently coordinate with the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Controls groups. DIMENSIONS Support MEGA Project with various sections. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES The role requires an experienced professional who has previously worked in an EPC Project execution environment with all phases of the project life cycle. The role will be a site based in Vadodara, India and will be responsible for: Coordinating and chairing the CWP release meetings between the key stakeholders, to support the CWP / IFC release schedule. Coordinate with Engineering disciplines, Procurement, Construction and Project Controls groups to obtain the inputs required to support the CWP release process (IFC drawings and FIM status) Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors for the planning, data collection and review of the quantities associated for various CWPs and align with the site construction planner and construction engineers for onward transmission of data Ensure the seamless communications across Project Engineering Managers, Construction Manager and Site Planner on the priorities of the release of CWP packages for construction Coordinate as required with the Document Control team in ensuring the transmittal packages through he document management system REQUIRED SKILLS Strong verbal communication skills are required, with the candidate required to have the confidence to interact and chair meetings with multiple stakeholders The role will involve interaction with all engineering disciplines so the candidate must be able to understand and interpret drawings from all disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC etc) Knowledge of Change Management Knowledge in Planning and Scheduling Experience working in SmartPlant Review (SPR) Experience or strong knowledge of the Advance Work Packaging (AWP) process, in particular involving Construction Work Packages (CWP) Strong computer skills (proficiency in MS Office tools), with the ability of to create reports EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Diploma engineer Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering from reputed Institute 10+ years' work experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Industrial projects 5+ years of site work experience
