Where you fit As a Site IT Operations Lead, you will be part of the Software License Management team that operates the holistic software license management environment supporting Project and Technology engineering applications of Shell. What\xe2\x80\x99s the role? As the Site IT Operations Lead, you will manage the License Environment and ensure processes and tooling are aligned with business needs and data policies. You will be working with business stakeholders to ensure capabilities continue to meet the needs of key business stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to the successful execution of repeatable and consistent software license cost optimization, supporting remediation of compliance gaps and driving continuous process improvement Other focuses include

• Understand and analyze complex Service solutions involving License hosting, entitlement tracking, contract advice, and license usage trends across entities, servers, and applications.
• Interface with the Manage service team and Business to address requirements and escalations.
• Collaborate with the vendor product management team to discuss business requirements and translate them into the product roadmap.
• Take the initiative to foster collaboration and communication among team members, addressing technical issues, process improvements, and risk identification and escalation.
• Drive License management analytics with Portfolio and Application operation teams to optimize license availability.
• Manage license entitlement and distribution to external partners on behalf of Application Owners.
• Ensure compliance and validation of licenses for supported applications, identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings, and oversee supplier-delivered projects and activities related to Software License Management within the Global License Service.

What We Need from You

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology with at least 9 years of work experience with at least 7 years of related experience
• Knowledgeable in Flexera, Microsoft PBI, IBM Cognos
• With experience in Software Asset Management
• With experience in managing licenses for Engineering Applications
• With experience in Data Analytics report
