Job Summary
3+ years experience with SQL, relational database, and IT project experience
Hands-on experience in Siebel Tools Configuration, Workflows, Business Services, WebServices, eScript, XML, XSLT, Integration Objects, VBC, EAI, and EIM. Support business queries and other adhoc reports or extract. Experience in Release support - Technical Specifications, Test cases, build, test support and deployments. Excellent problem solving & analytical skills. Strong technical understanding of Siebel.
Qualification
BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSC Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or Equivalent

Key Responsibilities
Provide effective maintenance and support of IT applications such as Retail, Online Store, CRM, Order Management and Provisioning. Be highly responsive to the dynamic nature of the business environment and to quickly react against any critical issues related to the supported systems at all times.
Perform triage, troubleshooting and investigation on reported production incidents during normal office hours and on-call standby.
Provide workarounds and resolutions to quickly address issues while working to deliver permanent fix
Conduct root cause analysis to identify problems and application defects, coordinate and follow-up with L3 to prioritize and plan delivery of fixes.
Review impact analysis of L3 fixes and test fix packages for production implementation
Ensure application data integrity by implementing data scanning, clean-up and reconciliation
