Position: Sales ManagerQualification: Graduate With Minimum 2 Year experience as Sales Manager in Two Wheeler and Responsibilities
Work for the vision and mission of the group and maintain the core value and core purpose of the group.
Showroom managers have a director-level role overseeing the sales floor of a retail operation, generally one involving bike or other expensive, high-value merchandise.
Have to generate sales and motivate employees to generate sales.
They lead and supervise a team of sales specialists and support staff.
Monitor and motivate the team to achieve the given target in sales and accessories of HO through marketing and other promotional activities.
Manage the sales force
Communication with HMCL and responsible for all sales related requirements of HMCL .
Ensure showroom walk in, proper follow up of the telephonic and marketing enquiries and ensure that they are properly punching in records.
Ensure the customer satisfaction
Showroom display and neatness should be ensured.
Reporting to GM as and when required.
Ensure the marketing activities are properly happening during the right time at right place.
Awareness about the two wheeler market and our share in our district and update the knowledge as and when required.
Responsible for the stock in hand, pdi damage and speedy recovery of damaged vehicles.
Ensure the sales staff attendance and punctuality and they are following the company policies properly.
Ensure the delivery process is happening properly
Ensure adequate product knowledge to the team and timely review and give training as and when required.
Approval of all expenses related to sales(within the limit of sales manager as per company policy)
Ensure morning meeting is happening as per the schedule prepared.
Any other duty entrusted by the management as and when required.
