We are looking for a proactive Shipping Specialist who would be a key figure in supporting the financial function of a business. About The Job Thorough knowledge and Practical experience of Import Export Policy Procedures, compliance, rules, and regulations. Having working experience of commercial transactions business environment and internal external customer collaboration. Customs clearance, HS Classification and HS Code wise requirements such as SIMS, BIS, SCOMAT, export import related GST compliance. Export Invoice Generation, ERP Exports and Import documentations and co-ordinations. Liasioning with government officials such as Customs, DGFT and other agencies like CHA, Freight forwarders etc. Knowledge of International Logistics different mode and category of exports imports, Incoterms, Letter of credit transactions Good communication both in written and verbal. Quick learner and able to handle pressure independently. Good team player, multitasking Self-motivated leadership qualities and independently able to handle import export end to end process. From Invoicing to EDPMS for export and from Pick up to IDPMS closure. Any graduate, post-graduation or qualification in Foreign Trade would be an added advantage. Who You Are Experts in international logistics, who handle end to end import export documentation compliance, customs clearance of import export independently. Skills Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behavior\'s Required for the Job) Any graduate, post-graduation or qualification in Foreign Trade would be an added advantage.
