DESCRIPTION L3- Transportation specialist Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Transportation Specialist for its Amazon Shipping team. In this role, you will: a. Operationalize escalation first response & resolution TAT and accuracy and build scalable mechanisms to enhance the same across all buckets b. Manage end to end daily escalation handling operations c. Work closely with the team leaders on establishing & streamlining operational mechanisms to reduce touched required on escalations d. Create and build input output tracking mechanisms for daily/ weekly/monthly view of escalations with deep dives e. Drive productivity improvement for the team by automating stabilized processes. f. Maintain key process documents for internal and external stakeholders g. Enhance existing workflows to increase efficiency of escalation handling h. Own headcount forecasting for escalation management team i. Handle and route leadership escalations to right POCs and build why-why analysis for the same BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Graduate, with 0-1 yrs experience. Process excellence/ TQM experience preferred. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Good communication skills, first principle thinking.
