Shift Incharge Engine Plant
Job Description
Manage the production of Steel phase in the shifts through optimum utilization of resources in order to ensure efficient & seamless operations & achieve production & SPD targets with quality, safety. Employee engagement & timeline standards.
Location- Neemrana
Grade- E4
Key Responsibilities
Achieving shift wise Steel phase production targets with desired model as per Engine Assembly plan & to fulfil SPD requirements as per plan.
Analyse & take effective countermeasures to eliminate internal as well as external customer complaints by focussing basic condition of the machine (to eliminate quality defects),
To control rejection, consumable, direct, indirect tool , Repair & maintenance costs by optimum utilization of all resources to achieve manufacturing cost targets.
To drive improvement & employee engagement programmes on TPM frame work and align with top management initiatives to continuously improve efficiency of the section in safe working environment.
To develop competency of team members to meet current and future manufacturing standards.
