Job Description
Manages A Team for achieving day to day production targets with product matching quality standards and optimize utilisation of resources, multiskilling Team members for their specific contribution on production line.
Grade- E4/E5
Location- Neemrana
Key Responsibilities
Execute monthly production plan for engine assembly to meet 100 PERCENT delivery targets.
Meet Daily Shift wise production plan of Frame Assembly with desired product mix.
Consumption control of resources to Meet budgeted variable cost for Engine Assembly.
Execute system for improving process and equipment efficiency in Engine Assembly
Manpower Skill Enhancement at Engine Assembly to ensure required competency availability in shop.
Ensure Zero injury and Hazards at workplace
