Siemens Large Drives India Private Limited (SLDIPL) engineers and produces heavy-duty electrical drive systems for medium and high voltage ranges: electrical motors, converters, and generators. Additionally, we offer special large drives for ships, mines and rolling mills. Responsibilities:

• Support the MS SharePoint Online roll-out team during the implementation of MS SharePoint Online global project including customizing

• Provide second level user support to regions globally (European time zone) by assisting key users with trouble shooting of user issues

• Provide training to MS SharePoint key users on the use of specifically implemented features in MS

SharePoint and further propagate the implemented standards and processes with key users.

• Document MS SharePoint methods and functionalities.

• Support the user community with the estimates for the implementation of MS SharePoint change requests.

• Implement customizing and minor programming changes in MS SharePoint environment based on user requirements.

• Participate in the LDA IT activities as a member of the global LDA IT Regional & Customer Service team, completing supporting tasks, attending meetings as needed.

• Work both in a team environment and independently with little supervision and is self-driven research on available tools and best practice applications for MS SharePoint.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a SharePoint Online Developer with a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and development tools.

• Proficiency in SharePoint Online site customization, list and library configurations, and user permissions management.

• Ability to transfer user requirements for the MS SharePoint into an actual MS SharePoint customizing following the defined MS SharePoint structure.

• Knowledge of SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, MS Graph Api, MS Dataverse, Azure AD, Azure Logic Apps, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used in SharePoint development.

• Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and its implementation for building modern web parts and extensions is a plus.

• Experience in integrating SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems.

• Integrations: Integrate SharePoint Online with other systems, such as Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook) and third-party applications, to streamline processes and improve productivity.

• General knowledge about integrated Office 365 Microsoft standard product incl. experience in the creation, modification, linking and transfer of data points between various Microsoft Office 365 products.

• Security and Permissions: Set up and manage security permissions and access controls for SharePoint Online sites, ensuring data protection and compliance with company policies.

• Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online functionality, performance, and user experience, providing timely support to end-users.

• Preferable basic experience in Web Design.

• Basic knowledge about the agile SAFE framework

• Ability to self-manage tasks in an agile environment.

• Possess the necessary leadership skills to fulfil support tasks responsibly, timely and with the right attitude

• Experience in Help Desk / International user community support preferred

• Experience in supporting Project Management Processes required

• Ability to work in an international team reporting directly to the LDA IT manager locally and functionally to LDA IT RCS globally.

• Very good written and oral communication skills in the English language required including proficiency in business English

• Ability to work flexible hours to be able to provide support to all time zones
