Responsibilities

• Apply Software Development Life Cycle (Design, Implementation & Testing, as well documentations) to implement software customization around core product
• Prepare design & architecture of the software/custom to be developed in term of scalability, performance, & reusability
• Implement software development best practices such as Test-Driven Development.
• Provide necessary documents (structured & easy to understand): design documents, release notes
• Front end and interact with the customer on technical topics
• Perform custom maintenance (bug fixes and improvements) in the expected time.
• Perform weekly reporting on the development/project progress to Team Leader

Mandatory Skill sets

• Develop Microsoft Sharepoint related applications as defined by customer
• Perform project coordination and management on projects assigned by customer
• Perform troubleshooting of developed Microsoft Sharepoint on any “bugs” or “fixes” as required.
• Support customer collaborations projects and all other related customer projects that will go into production
• Perform software development life cycle management of new projects in 2010 to include consultation, design, development, documentation and support
• Work closely with customer global development team to understand the design and development requirements for promotion to production environment
