Position: SharePoint Developer
Reports to: Regional IT manager
Function: Application development
Department: IT
Location: Bangalore

1. Job Overview .
IT SharePoint & application developer needed to develop and support web applications and SharePoint sites, forms and workflows. Candidate will need to consult with business and manufacturing sites to gather requirements, create development timeline, test, demonstrate, document and support applications. Candidate will also need to support SharePoint 2010/online as a SharePoint administration access management, training users and troubleshooting SharePoint issues. Build applications and reports will need to interface with Microsoft SQL databases.
This includes change implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring, and the update of master data lists or tables needed for Library operation.

2. Principle Accountability .
a~ Experience with SharePoint development & administration (version 2010/2013/Online)
a~ Experience in designing workflows in SP
a~ Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks.
a~ Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, Web Services & Microsoft SQL
a~ Experience with MSOffice Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)
a~ Problem solving skills with attention to detail
a~ Excellent communication skills

3. Education/Experience .
a~ BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Computer science or related field.
a~ 5+ years of relevant experience
a~ Work with stakeholders to gather requirements/business goals of projects and customize per the requirement
a~ Prepare specification documentation on changes to the existing processes and co-ordinate with change approval board
a~ Create training documentation - User Manuals
a~ Meeting with the design team to review website and application requirements
a~ Setting tasks and development goals.
a~ Configuring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements.
a~ Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
a~ Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications.
a~ Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
a~ Testing and debugging code.
a~ Reviewing website interface and software stability.
a~ Troubleshooting software issues.
a~ Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications
