Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team and play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development, a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, and other custom functionality using SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and other relevant technologies. Customize SharePoint sites and portals by configuring lists, libraries, and site collections, and implementing custom branding to ensure a consistent user experience. Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications, such as Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and third-party tools, to create seamless workflows and data exchange. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that align with business objectives. Implement security best practices, manage user access, and define permissions at various levels within SharePoint to ensure data security and compliance. Provide support for SharePoint-related issues, identify and resolve technical problems, and assist end-users with inquiries and training when necessary. Maintain comprehensive documentation of SharePoint configurations, customizations, and development work to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development. Proficiency in SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Framework, and SharePoint Online. Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, content types, workflows, and security. Experience with SharePoint REST API, PowerShell scripting, and other SharePoint-related development tools. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologies is a plus.
