Your Role and Responsibilities

• Work in an agile/hybrid agile environment to build custom, responsive SharePoint and other related technology solutions
• Understand customer requirements and build responsive application(s) based on approved designs
• Make enhancements to deployed applications based on customer feedback.
• Participate in the launch demos and construct user training for applications delivered.
• Deliver documentation and post implementation support for applications.
• Coach junior developers working on the projects
• Guide junior developers in team and help them with technical upskilling
• Research on the latest industry trends related to SharePoint and responsive web designing
• Build test case scenarios and fix bugs/issues coming out of user acceptance testing.
• Share best practices with the larger group.
• Provide status updates to your manager.
• Participate in periodic ideation/hackathons.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
• Hands on expertise in building advanced custom web applications using Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint Online
• Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks.
• Experience Integrating SharePoint with other MS applications such as PowerApps, Flows - Power Automate.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.
• High-level coding skills.
