Job Purpose / Context :
Bandha is a new Mine (Greenfield Project) where Security Systems & Processes need to be set up. The role holder is expected to plan, monitor and ensure effective deployment of security manpower through 3rd party for Mine Area & R&R Area of Bandha Coal Block. Effective utilization of technology in security related plans in line with mine development requirements.
Key Result Areas / Key Performance Indicators * Strategic Security Manpower Deployment Planning
- Study Requirements & Initiate Deployment of technology ( Camera , GPS trackers , sensors & other monitoring technology ) for the mines & R&R Colony
- Ensure proper security and safety of the mine property through 3rd party deployment
- Assess & Monitor 3rd party for all security related matters
- Liaison with government agencies e.g; Police , Land Department as and when required &
6. Timely reporting of incidences & timely initiatives for closure of incidences ( theft / incursion / arson etc.)
Supporting Actions for Key Result Areas * Security Manning numbers , Manning Deployment
- A) Technology use in form of Camera , trackers & sensors for mines
3. Ensure Optimal Vendor manpower deployment
4.Monitor Vendors deployed
5.A) Liaison with Police, Local Govt. Agencies, Land team
B) Liaison with local stakeholders
6. A)Reporting of incidences
B)Closure of incidences
Skills and Experience
- Strong leadership, management and monitoring skills
- Technical excellence in Security Planning & Deployment
- Proven experience in managing security in manufacturing or mining operations
- Experience in Armed Forces / Paramilitary Forces preffered ( Army , BSF , CISF )
- Experience with various technologies available (e.g: Cameras, mobility sensors, GPS trackers )
