- To execute civil works associated with existing infrastructure like township capex and maintenance works, buildings, guest house, Road drains, yard facilities, 5water supply and sewer line jobs, structural and other plant and infrastructure etc. identified under plant and Infrastructure for Birla Copper plant
- To ensure all statutory compliances, adherence to health, safety, environment norms and quality certification parameters with respect to work associated with department.
- Assess potential risk, material and cost.
- Resolve emerging problems/deficiency effectively and creatively.
- Monitor progress and compile reports.
- Manage costing and budgeting.
- To continuously upgrade skills of the team and embed a culture of quality, safety and sustainability.
- Experience of civil infrastructure & non-plant buildings
BE- Civil, Diploma - Civil
Experience (Min & Max)
Min- BE- Civil - 6-10 years
Max-Diploma - Civil - 8-12 years
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
