Qualification:

B. Tech. / M.Tech -Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

5 - 8 Years

* Experience in Roller Press, Cement Mill, Bag house, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, material handling equipment.

• Working experience in Post Clinkerisation will be preferable
• Supervise & coordinate Implementation of Mechanical Maintenance activities in section for optimizing availability and carryout modification / improvement Jobs.
• Fulfilment of operational and Maintenance requirement of Plant mechanical equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Execution of mechanical maintenance for Cement Mill, Roller Press, Gear box, Alignment of drives, technical expertise in overhauling of mechanical equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Ensuring equipment availability by arranging all necessary resources for predictive & preventive breakdown maintenance work.
• Ensuring routine inspection of all sections Mechanical equipment and recording abnormality and correcting timely.
• Managing records like Checklists, abnormality, SAP entry, Lubricating Management, PM Checks.
• Ensuring Trouble free operation of complete circuit for Mechanical equipment\xe2\x80\x99s
• Planning and Ensuring availability of spares parts required for continuous plant operations
• Use of SAP and other relates software to fulfil section / department needs
• Analysis of major / minor breakdowns & plan corrective actions accordingly.
• Execution of all the major jobs during shutdowns.
• Facilitate and organize required manpower with the existing manpower available within the unit. Recommend for taking contract labour from outside for major jobs
• Attending coordination meeting regularly for discussion of plant performance on day today basis, collecting related feedback from internal customers, communicating subordinates and assure for the execution of corrective actions
• Control utilisation of contract manpower and over time.
• Monitoring of lubricant consumption, optimize it by in-house small modifications
• Ensuring periodic inspection and checking of all lifting tools and tackles.
• Classification of most critical, less critical & general spares. Accordingly plan spares procurement from OEM & reputed Substitute suppliers.
• Candidate should have Knowledge of safety standards and also capable to implement the same at worksite
