Job Description
Male or female both will work.
Shift: Night
Location- Indore
Timing for Male: any Time between (6 pm to 6 am) Time will be decided by Management.
Timing for Female: 8 pm to 5:30 am
:
Handle complete Onboarding and documentation of employees in the USA.
Perform a reference check.
Manage the Background and Drug test of the employees.
Co-ordination for joining formalities.
Co-ordination for Salary and benefits.
Handle employee issues and grievances.
Requirements:
Must have excellent Communication skills.
Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results-oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
Good Team player.
