About Client:
Our client is a leading logistics player in the industry looking to hire a Human Resources Services Advisor for its Mumbai office. This is an individual contributor role, reporting into the MD HR.
As a Human Resources Services Advisor, your roles and responsibilities will be -
- start to end project management - recommending & then action plans, leading the project for cross geography implementation (APAC, MEISA, EU, LAC), focus on project management (various diverse HR projects) - strategic & implementation
- leading projects, based in India but with multi- country HR domain exposure
- project management (changes & initiatives)
- Involves providing unique, high impact, technical or expert advice to directors or officers within a region or internationally.
Ideal candidate:
- Someone who comes with good communication skills (senior stakeholder management)
- Problem Solving Skills, Planning & Organizing Skills, Influencing & Persuasion Skills, Networking Skills, Project Management Skills.
- Prior experience of leading projects and worked on multi country initiatives in HR domain.
