Role and Responsibilities
Create, manage and monitor ServiceNow discovery jobs
Create and maintain hardware and software models
Maintain master data for locations and services
Maintain hardware asset data from order (ASN), to receipt, to deployment, to retirement, to disposal
Maintain software license metrics and normalization for SAM
Reconcile software license usage with entitlements
Maintain data quality within CMDB
Must Have Skills:
1-2 year's experience in ServiceNow as Discovery Admin, software or hardware asset manager, or software license desk
Software model normalization
Hardware model normalization
Cloud discovery and assets GCP/Azure/AWS
ITIL processes
ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, ITAM modules
Nice To Have Skills:
Software audits
Discovery protocols SSH, WMI, SNMP, Cloud Portals
ServiceNow development
