As a HR Employee Experience Senior Associate in our Bangalore-based HR Shared Services Center, you’ll be an integral part of delivering an exceptional HR customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include managing a small team of specialized professionals and providing specialized employee experience support related to ServiceNow (SNOW) and knowledge management. You will be involved in maintaining the employee portal and knowledge management content and governance. • Manage the framework to publish Score Card on productivity & Quality parameters for Shared Service teams
• Volume Analysis for teams as well as individual
• Utilization Analysis
• Create & maintain SNOW reports & Dashboards
• Maintaining Data integrity
• Update data for Monthly Performance Review
• Manage the HR applications improvement portfolio working closely with the application owners and IT
• Service Now Reporting and sharing best practices across regions
• Conduct training for new and existing users
• Update and create knowledge management content to fill gaps, as needed
• Coordinate manual/automatic knowledge management system content updates

What you can bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related discipline (preferred)
• Considerable experience in HR product management
• Considerable experience working with ServiceNow (Implementation and Configuration)
• Proven ability to identify user experience issues, obtain relevant information, and compare facts to identify solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Training Skills
• Dashboards and reporting experience
