Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science or other related field; specialized training; or equivalent professional experience.
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator required
ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator (certification preferred)
Conceptual understanding of foundation level ITIL version 3 and/or version 4 knowledge (certification preferred)
5+ years of ServiceNow experience in an administration role.
ServiceNow integration, automation, and workflows; Creation and modification of various Access Controls (ACL`s), Business Rules, Scripting, Ajax Query, Jelly Scripts, UI Actions and UI Policies.
ServiceNow Web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, etc.)
2+ years ServiceNow experience: IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Event Management, Operations Intelligence, Service Mapping, etc.
2+ years ServiceNow experience: Project Portfolio Management (PPM) administration in an enterprise environment.
