Overall IT Experience of 8 Years minimum with a relevant ServiceNow SecOps of 2+ Yearsr r . Hands on experience in ServiceNow Sec Ops modules: Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, Security Incident Response.r r . Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform as a whole, application scoping and data modeling.r r . Excellent knowledge of scripting, tools, APIs , third party Integrations using SOAP, REST and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.r r . Knowledge of ITIL and software lifecycle processes.r r . Experience working with new platform capabilities such as flow designer, integration hub and service graph connectors.r r . Exceptional knowledge on basic platform components such as client scripts, business rules, ACLs, import sets, Service Catalog, Script includes, MID Servers, UI policies, Data policies, Forms, Lists, workflowsr r . Experience in reporting and Performance Analytics would be a plusr r . Good to have knowledge of Agile and DevOps operational processes.r r . Performing unit testing and creation of Test automation use cases leveraging ATF.r r . Deeper understanding of the platform and assist in troubleshooting of issues prevailing existing features/bugs.r r . Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts.r r . Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology.r r . ServiceNow Admin & ServiceNow Application Developer Certification preferred
