ServicenNow Infra administrator\xe2\x80\xa2 2 to 5 years of experience in Servicenow administration\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML;\xe2\x80\xa2 ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or higher);\xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications;\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred;\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems;\xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional customer service skills;\xe2\x80\xa2 Applies standard methodology, techniques, procedures and criteria;\xe2\x80\xa2 ITIL V3/4 Certification added advantage.\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results;\xe2\x80\xa2 Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes;\xe2\x80\xa2 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer;\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues;\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications;\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes;\xe2\x80\xa2 Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits;\xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate application and platform upgrades;\xe2\x80\xa2 Develop systems integrations and process automation.\xe2\x80\xa2 Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows;\xe2\x80\xa2 General support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications;\xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.\xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver tasks within the parameters of Service Level Agreements\xe2\x80\xa2 Should able to make business decisions with support from others/leads
