Should have experience in handling a team which supports the factory's overall PC/OA & Server needs.
Will be required to work on-site or via remote connection and assist with hardware installations, software upgrades, systems integrations, and basic IT-related issues.
Should have extensive knowledge of office systems & Servers, good problem-solving skills, and high-level interpersonal skills.
Managing the staff and devices which includes laptops, Desktop, workstations and other computer peripherals.
Managing Data center, server related VOC, Server OS upgrade, Troubleshooting, Server Backup and Preventive maintenance
Managing the Purchase activity, Inventory & Issued/consumed material details and doing periodical audits on Assets.
Monitoring the IT security policies & related software and reporting the status to management.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
Establishing service level agreements and contracts with external vendors who supports hardware & software and making payments with approvals
Taking care of the procurement of licenses, installation, tracking, and other details
Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
Ensuring proper recording and closure of all VOCs/Issues.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Skills Required:
IT Infra Administrator [PC/OA Management with Server Handling Knowledge]
System & Server handling certification from a reputed organization is added advantage
Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer.
Proven work experience in Data center/Server Management.
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
Knowledge of PC operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
Knowledge of Server operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
Ability to prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal & client-facing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
