Service Provisioning specialsists interacts with internal departments and carriers via telephone, email and teams in order to handle a variety of post sales functions. Position requires a strong technical and vendor management skillset along with the ability to work cross-functionally across various geographic regions who’s responsibility is to provide a consistent and high level of service quality for the NTT product portfolio.

Must be willing to work US business hours. (IST: 6pm - 2:30am) Working at NTT The service provisioning Specialist receives customer requests and prepares all necessary documentation needed to submit to external carriers for number order and porting for a variety of services offered by NTT. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Liaise with external carriers and internal departments to fulfill customer needs
• Manage the ordering, provisioning and inventory of all Service and User Numbers
• Assist in the coordination of successfully porting customer numbers and ensure a successful customer rollout
• Assist in the coordination of number migrations from one platform to another
• E911 Address information
• Telecom/Network vendor management
• Order/Change/Cancel services
• Manage close out procedures when canceling services from providers
• Caller ID with Carrier
• Coordinate with internal resources
• Update internal documentation
• Manage cases through third party support systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

What will make you a good fit for the role?

• College Degree or background in Telecommunications Provisioning
• Strong English verbal and written communication skillset
• Demonstrates sound judgment and initiative to satisfy internal and external customer requirements
• Ability to work in a faced paced, changing environment.
• Taking a logical and orderly approach to analysing problems, organizing work and planning actions.
• Basic knowledge of Excel functions
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Identify, troubleshoot, and solve network related issues and problems efficiently utilizing monitoring tools, reference materials and other team members for guidance
• At minimum moderate ability, but high aptitude to collect, maneuver, and interpret large data sets with high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills with frequent multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of PowerShell is a plus
