Service Sales Specialist

You will be working as Service Sales Specialist, reporting to Sales Manager for Motion Business Area, Service Division based in Pune. You will be responsible to drive service sales process in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Understand the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices and prepare sales plans, review them and propose recovery plan when needed.
• Generate Service sales lead and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
• Establish long term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations and demonstrate in-depth technical service product/solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM).
• Prepare ABB's Service offerings based on customer need and in coordination with the local Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager.
• Prepare sales plans using company tools. Perform regular status review and propose recovery plan in cases of potential order shortfall.
• Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration.

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales / service sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com
• Good knowledge in Variable Frequency Drives (Low/Medium Voltage VFDs).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
