Your role-

We are looking for someone who can bring their expertise to our team, where we focus on delivering high-quality supporting services to our global customer centers. As part of this existing team, you will contribute to enhancing utilization, customer satisfaction, and overall efficiency through forward planning, process support, RPA, and training delivery.
