Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Order Management & Service Inquiry
· Organize Infrastructure Purchases for Product Teams and support purchase related processes
· Support and Coordination of Infrastructure E2E delivery and logistics process, including tracking of orders and quality control
· Coordination with Vendors and Management of Vendor Master Data
Administrative and Financial Coordination:
· Infrastructure Asset Management execution and process improvement in line with central & local CTG Processes
· Support Budget Planning Process and Budget Management
· Review and process Invoices in line with local processes and regulations
· Support Financial modeling and cost calculation processes
· Provide Reporting and visualize relevant KPIs in regard to budgets and financial processes.
· Support development of systems related to above tasks
Skill and Competencies:
· Understanding of IT Financial Concepts (Asset Management, charging, depreciation, leasing)
· Budget Management experience
· Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure concepts
· Advanced skills in MS Office (specifically Excel)
· Collaboration and Communication with different product owners, vendors and cooperate functions (especially: Purchasing, Legal , Controlling)
