Key Responsibilities

• Provides IT Service Delivery expertise to support the design and realization of the processes for Health, Safety, Environment & Product Stewardship (HSEPS) areas across Honeywell entities

• Partner with business groups and Enterprise IT to deliver HSEPS centric IT projects. Lead business sessions to define high level business goals/vision, extract business requirements, define performance indicators and provide solutions on various HSEPS ERP/ non ERP IT platforms

• Manage stakeholder expectations by demonstrating and communicating key indicators of improved effectiveness on a periodic basis

• Deploy standardized work, governance, and tools to enable consistent, high quality, agile and waterfall project execution of IT projects
• Ensure learnings are shared across the organization to enable higher productivity
• Establish an understanding of the overall portfolio, working closely with peers to ensure end to end accountability
• Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop point-of-view, delivery methodologies, etc. as related to Legal
• Ability to comprehend the technical decisions made for the given business problem to multiple stakeholders such as IT, Leadership, Business, Architects, SMEs and implementation team

• 8+ years’ of IT experience in international corporations, in industries similar to Honeywell, in the area of Health & Safety, Product Safety & Stewardship and Environmental Performance areas focusing on all existing, new and emerging regulations across key geographies

• Experience conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current state system analysis

• Experience with ERP solutions SAP EHS, Solution Manager, Basis and Security along with HP Quality Center

• Experience with non-ERP HSEPS solutions like Intelex, Velocity EHS, UL, Earthsoft & Verisk 3E(nice to have)

• Prior consulting experience with exposure to clients/customers in US and Europe

• Self-starter, independent thinker and worker, with a positive and can do attitude

• Ability to work in a matrix environment

• Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization, from Team Members to Executives
