Description:

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\xe2\x80\x99 firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

A candidate should have atleast 5+ Years of exp.

You will be working in one of our consultancy/development projects in ServiceNow space. This
includes deep technical analysis of problem and being hands-on with implementation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Build technical solutions based on client\xe2\x80\x99s needs and process requirements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Deliver solutions using Agile software development processes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Understand the current \xe2\x80\x9cas is processes\xe2\x80\x9d and deliver toolset changes based on upcoming process
changes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Customisation or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Take care of end-to-end development activities for a specific enhancement or project as an individual
contributor.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with BA\xe2\x80\x99s, Architects, Testing team.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify areas of process and tooling improvement and provide solutions to ensure tool is protected
in process, security and performance aspects.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure gaps are clearly identified and reported to BA/stake holders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with vendor resources to meet development deadlines in case of larger projects.
\xef\x82\xb7 Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle.
\xef\x82\xb7 Support other less senior team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

Required:
\xef\x82\xb7 ServiceNow knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management or any other relevant area. Knowledge of
CMDB.
\xef\x82\xb7 Elementary knowledge of compliance and risk management.
\xef\x82\xb7 Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to push given task forward towards successful completion.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist junior team members with assigned tasks.
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of database design and queries.

Working experience in following areas is plus:
\xef\x82\xb7 Background in at least two of following areas: development, automation, integration, platform
engineering, networking, cloud is desirable.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with Web Technologies (JSON, XML, CSS, HTML).
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of principles in AD, LDAP, SSO.
