Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field3-4 years of experience with ServiceNow developing core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Notify, Asset Management, Service Portal, Agent WorkspaceServiceNow Admin CertificationExpertise with workflows, flow designer, catalog items, Business Rules, Inbound email actions, script includesExperience with web service integrations REST, SOAP creation of custom web services, Mid Server configurationExperience with portal development including creation of custom web components in Service Portal CSS Angular JS nodeJS BootstrapAbility to understand product customer needs and convert into experiences within Agent Workspace leveraging the full suite of workspace capabilities homepage advanced work assignment live agent chatExperience in at least one platform upgrade project familiar with upgrade process technical and functional risks mitigation methods, day of upgrade executionStrong verbal and written communication skills
