JOB ROLE :

\xc2\xb7 Handling personalized service requests of customers.

\xc2\xb7 Generation of timely business MIS.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring strict adherence to compliance, audit and regulatory requirements for customer segment.

\xc2\xb7 Coordination with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for account opening of customers.

\xc2\xb7 Managing complaints of customers and ensuring their resolution within TAT.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

\xc2\xb7 Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills with customer service orientation

\xc2\xb7 Courteous and polite.

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Microsoft excels. Understanding of banking norms and processes.
