- Measure the quality effectiveness of service and improve customer satisfaction - Rapidly acquire data from the field and work proactively to prevent issues going out of control - Interfacing with multiple internal stakeholders such as R&D, production and logistics to achieve optimum results - Effective training planning and implementation to distributor/customer on product application and technical function - Timely submission of product service related documents to the customer - Responsible for updating on a daily basis to the sales team for any ongoing issue once any technical issue is observed during after sales service - Experience with SAP/ERP or CRM system is preferred - International business\xe2\x80\x99s customer service experience is preferred Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
