You will be working as Service Coordinator and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Smart Power division based in Chandigarh, India. In this role you will be reporting to Quality Control Manager and will be responsible for executing service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Your responsibilities Daily monitoring and executing service tasks like pending calls, service visits, call logs, free supplies etc Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer expectation and within specified time frame Coordinating, preparing and ensuring that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for all service-related activities Preparing all documents and service reports to be signed by the customer representative Providing recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service Religiously applying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities Your background Bachelor\'s degree in electrical / electronic engineering with minimum 5-6 years experience or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years of relevant experience Experience in service field for low voltage switchgear components like ACB, MCCB, control gear, pilot devices, relays, motor starters etc Customer oriented, self-motivation, critical thinking, flexibility, and high capacity to work within multicultural teams Should be flexible to travel Good interpersonal and communication skills More about us ABB Smart Power is a global technology leader, with products and solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected.
