Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for support to customer and Service Engineers on all after-sales activities; Assisting the service team in all matters related to Technical services.
Coordinate between the customers all over India and Technical staff at various branches in resolving service issues and updating the status of the same. Arranging units/parts to be sent to customers.
Tracking and updating of service reports of all the service staff. Arranging for service related components, tools, parts, etc., Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: Graduate/ Diploma in Science or Engineering, preferably electronics
Experience: 1 to 2 years as Service Coordinator.
Desired Profile: Able to work independently.
Experience in MS office, Data base software (CRM ) is basic criteria.
Good command over English. Must possess excellent written & verbal communication.
Preferably within 30 minutes of travelling distance with 2 wheeler. Benefits
