About this opportunity Role involves End-to-end 2nd/3rd Level Technical support for the issues arising in Managed Services Customers\' cellular network also require extended support to the Front Office in Fault management issues and responsible for the Service restoration! What you will do Overall System Administration of Ericsson OSS-RC/ENM and multivendor EMS/NMS and Integration of Radio & Core Network Nodes with OSS. End to end fixing for the issues related to OSS Platform, Fault Management, User Management, Software/Hardware Management, STS Management, and OSS applications i.e. C.N.A., OPS, CHA, ARNE, RNO, SMO, BSM, and Element Manager. Integration of Radio & Core Network Nodes with OSS. Perform release upgrades on live OSS Servers and roll-out. Trouble Ticket /Change Request handling as per SLA/WLA. Customer Service Requests (CSR) handling (Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Corrective Maintenance) for the complex faults. To handle emergencies and on-call support (24X7). Solution Management for Customized Business Object - Templates / Reports. Co-ordination with GSDC/PDU/PLM and Coordination with external suppliers for 3PP Hardware Support. Administrator level experience in Business Objects, Citrix or similar tools. Knowledge in ENIQ & Sybase IQ The overall E2E technical architecture of the Service. Deep understanding and knowledge of the Service and underpinning applications, infrastructure and data analytics that supports it, including competence in Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation of Data Analytics. The technical planning and design of a New Service, or change / update to an existing Service. Includes necessary configuration design for the applications and infrastructure. and Service Catalogue Management. The technical management of the Service throughout its lifecycle. Includes roadmap, change / release management, demand and capacity management, deployment, and termination, along with the required testing and evaluation of the Service to support the customer experience. Support the Service Operations Governance both internally and with the customer for the Service Performance in the contract, to also include Program & Demand Management. Develop & maintain solutions based on automation use case candidates. Investigation of the possible source of problems for the automation components Improve and drive recovery processes Provide domain expertise to domain support and automated operations team Provide domain expertise to automation and analytics team to support analytics and automation use cases Develop, maintain & improve automated Service Delivery methodologies. Performs trend analysis to proactively detect possible failures. This shall ensure restoration and repair as a result of its own analysis or when prompted by automated operations or domain support Service Function processes. Guarantee that Ericsson delivers a technical solution in accordance to the agreed change request (specification) and in co-operation with the customer, assuring that changes are correctly implemented without causing any negative impact on the availability of the service Own and optimising the operational interface with 3rd party vendors, reporting on vendor performance, risks and highlights, and driving improvements which reduce the time taken to resolve impacts or risks to service and/or proactive management of the network Act as the \'service champion\' and \'guardian of the network\', engaging customers and suppliers to ensure design/TTO and change activities are following best practice, meeting operational acceptance criteria and reducing the risk to the network/service. Responsible for identification and assessment of risks within the Network/service You will bring Interface with Customer, MSCLT, SDU SL Operate, Service Owner, SDU Customer Support, Technical Authority, E2E Service Experts - End to end leads to ensure timely project deliverables and Operations support Expertise required with respect to Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent Good understanding of Network Architecture in technologies of 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G Relevant experience working on Ericsson OSS-RC/Sun Solaris Systems. You should have good knowledge & understanding of GSM / WCDMA / 2G / 3G/4G/5G. Good Knowledge & Skills on System Administration of OSS RC. Preferably hands-on experience of Integration & Commissioning of OSS RC. You should have Good Knowledge & Understanding of SUN Solaris/UNIX (Preferably SUN Certified), TCP IP, Networking & Sybase environment Mobile Telecommunications knowledge with telephony switching principles, transport networks, access networks, traffic concept, telecommunication networks & signaling, voice and data flows, value Added services KPI formulae, KPI degradation and KPI troubleshooting Solid knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of multivendor telecommunication equipment\'s Good Understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence & Cloud technologies Good understanding and working knowledge of Scripting Core and access network performance / configuration parameters and their interpretation and usage.
